From first time experience to the end – perfekt!
The house is super new renovated. In the kitchen is nothing which is missing. The pool is a dream. Fausto is always available for any kind of questions. Would recommend the house!

We stayed in the beautiful villa Margherita. Everything was excellent, the stunning view, the great swmingpool, the house was brand new, beautiful bathrooms and nice furniture. The owners are very friendly and helpful. They prepared an excellent meal for us. I loved to stay there and we hope to come back

Siamo stati ospiti di Villa Margherita per due settimane e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La villa e la depandance sono state ristrutturate di recente e arredate con grande cura e gusto. La piscina a sfioro è davvero incantevole, impreziosita da una vista mozzafiato sulle colline marchigiane e i monti Sibillini. Ogni ambiente è risultato impeccabilmente pulito e ben curato. Sara e Fausto sono stati padroni di casa eccezionali: gentili, discreti e sempre disponibili. Consigliamo vivamente Villa Margherita a chiunque desideri trascorrere una vacanza in totale tranquillità, immersi nella bellezza.

Sara und ihr Mann Fausto waren super liebe Gastgeber und haben bei Problemen direkt geholfen, alles war sehr gut gepflegt und der Pool mit der Aussicht ist DAS Highlight!

Dear Sara and Fausto!
We spent a fantastic three weeks holiday at your magnificent place. The villa has been renovated with so much charm and love! The garden will be the loveliest one in the district once all the wonderful plants will have established. The views are breathtaking, there are no words to describe the beauty of the infinity pool. Casa Margherita is located perfectly, easy to access, not too far from the beach and many town and villages closed by worth a visit.
Last but not least, thank you so much for the delicious pizza evening and the tour to the Monti Sibillini! Very appropriate! You were by far the best hosts we ever had since we started renting holiday homes in Italy ??! Grazie di tutto?????? we will come back for sure! Villa Margherita was one of the best villas we have stayed in and certainly the best equipped. We were two families of 5 with ‘kids’ ages 14-22! There was ample space for all of us. The villa is spacious, spotless, fully airconditioned, the bathrooms are lovely and the kitchen is superbly equipped with everything you could possibly need to cater for 10 or more people. The annexe is also beautiful. The pool is clean and the views from the pool are magnificent over the sunflower fields to the Sibilini mountains in the distance. The area is incredibly peaceful. Nearby is the sleepy village of Francavilla which you can walk to in about 15-20 minutes. It has a bakery and a butcher, a small convenience store and a gelateria/bar which we frequented a number of times for an evening gelato.
We visited Fermo and Macerata beautiful larger towns which are about 30-40 mins drive away.

The owners Fausto and Sara deserve a special mention – their communication prior to the stay was really helpful and after we asked for a restaurant recommendation for a twin birthday celebration for two of the adults, they offered to cook us a meal in the villa! What can we say? We had the most wonderful feast with a huge amount of amazing food and wine, birthday cake printed menus and table decorations. It was totally unexpected and they went to the most incredible effort. It was the best food we had during our 2.5 week travels around Italy. Fausto and Sara are kind and welcoming hosts – they also greeted us after our long drives (half our party had driven from the Dolomites, the other half from Puglia) and gave us cold drinks and ice-creams before showing us around. We would definitely return to this villa. It is perfect for a family get together or celebration and a wonderful place to spend a relaxing holiday
